Monday Overview

- Zumba class in the morning
- healthy lunch
- work in the afternoon
- tried the new Doritos taco! It’s was delicious. I’m happy to have had it, now I won’t be bugging myself to try it anymore. Dinner was followed by pinkberry. Typically I get a fruity flavor with fruit on top, but all their fruity flavors were not my style. So I opted for chocolate. What a mistake. From now on this girl only eats fruity flavors!
- felt bad about eating the chocolate froyo, so I went outside and ran a mile. It was different running on the streets compared to the treadmill. I used the charity mile app for the first time! Loved it. C25k is definitely paying off!
